Normal Test Procedure Description for JieLi (JL) Bluetooth Test Box

 

1. Enable various test functions based on actual requirements, configure the dip switch settings, and determine whether to test call frequency deviation.

2. The test box can connect to two devices simultaneously for testing. It is recommended to have at least four devices powered on and waiting for connection.

3. After connecting to a device:

- Display 1 shows the test status (music icon for song playback test, phone icon for call test).

- Display 2 shows the device name.

- Display 3 shows the device frequency deviation.

- Display 4 shows buttons for next/previous track, pause, and volume up/down.

4. After the song playback test is complete, press the device's pause button, then proceed to the call test. Speak into the device's microphone for the call test. Once completed, press the hang-up button to disconnect and search for the next device.

KT148A Voice Chip Issue: Difficult to Play with Code Sending - Normal Playback After Grounding Pin 4, What’s the Reason?

Problem Description: Hello, we’ve encountered an issue and would appreciate your support: With the KT148A chip, after powering on, sending the code rarely triggers playback. However, if we use tweezers to briefly short Pin 4 (PB0) to ground and then send the code again, playback works normally. What could be causing this? Based on the observed behavior, it’s highly likely an issue with the timing of one-wire communication,  particularly with the start signal, which may be too short.  Let’s analyze this in detail and review the KT148A schematic as follows: 1. Pin 4 (PB0) of the Chip: PB0 is a test pin with the default factory function of triggering wake-up and playback when grounded. 2.
